What Types of Services Are Offered?


MOD Eyewear offers personalized services for each customer to shop in our office or consult with our licensed optician virtually. Both services are available to our customers to discuss the proper fit for the customer's frame choice and lens options for their prescription. 

** MOD Eyewear Boutique, LLC does NOT perform eye examinations. Prior to service, customers must visit with their Optometrist or Ophthalmologist to obtain a valid prescription. If you do not have a Doctor of your choice, we will be happy to recommend one to you. 

Do you accept my Vision Insurance?

As we require payment in full, we offer out of network forms for reimbursement from your insurance company. Please check with your insurance company for benefit allowance details.


We also accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards affiliated with a major credit card. 

When will I receive my new glasses?

Please allow up to 72 hours to process all non prescription orders. Tracking number will be provided once order has shipped. Please allow up to 14 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) to process all prescription orders. Tracking number will be provided once order has shipped. Please be aware that all orders must obtain a signature upon delivery.



How can I contact your couriers?


Our customers may contact the United States Postal services at 1-800-275-8777.

MOD Eyewear Boutique, LLC is not responsible lost packages when USPS states that your package was signed and delivered.

May I Exchange my order? 

We are happy to offer an exchange for frame/lens restyle within 14 business days, from the date of dispense, for the value of your returned items.

** Items must be returned in the original packaging and purchase condition (undamaged).


We are happy to exchange lenses due to a Doctor's prescription change within 14 business days.

** Lens Process fee will apply with each exchange.

Due to the custom nature of each order, there are NO REFUNDS

Are my glasses covered under a warranty?


Your frames are covered under a one year manufacture's warranty from the date of service (One Time Replacement). Your lenses are also covered under a one year warranty against scratches from the date of service (One Time Replacement).

What is your refund policy?

Please note that a refund will not be issued for any or all of the following reasons:

  • If you changed your mind;

  • The product does not fit how you expected it would;

  • If you accidentally ordered the wrong product;

  • If you decided you did not like the product;

  • If you found the item cheaper somewhere else;

  • If you have no use for the product.
