Service Description

Schedule your online consultation with our Eyewear Stylist to discuss proper frame fit and lens option for your prescription. There is a $50 Service Fee due at scheduling. $25 of the service fee will be applied to your final purchase or refunded if no purchase is made. Our customers will receive their MOD box with 4 pair of eyeglasses and/or sunglasses curated by our Eyewear Stylist to try on at home. After your online consultation, the customer must return all eyewear within 7 business days. A return label will be delivered with your MOD box, prior to appointment. **Please Read: If eyeglasses/sunglasses are not received within in this time frame or are returned damaged (i.e: scratches, broken/flawed), you are responsible for replacing each frame at full retail price.
